Staff Accountant

Tombras, a 450+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Staff Accountant.

Knoxville

• Prepare and manage up to 20 different client’s billings and related payables
• Interact with Account Service teams to facilitate client billing
• Monitor internal processes to verify open orders and pending payables
• Prepare ad hoc reports for Account Service teams and clients

• Minimum of 1 + years’ experience in an Accounting or a Finance role and/or equivalent internship experience for recent graduates
• Experience working in a Mac environment, including Google Suite and Adobe is a plus
• Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, media, or startup environment is a plus
• Intermediate level skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) to effectively communicate and interface with internal team members
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage work with little supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
