Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting day‑to‑day store operations. You may be assigned to work in any of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $13.00 per hour – you may be eligible for part‑time associate benefits including dental and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan, along with paid time off and paid holidays.
