The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store-specific measurements and inventory counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery tasks.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a unique shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Promoting safety and adhering to safety guidelines.

• Moving and transferring merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, stooping, and ladder climbing.
• Moving throughout the store during shifts.
• Reading, writing, and counting for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handling contact with birds/poultry.
• Completing training successfully.
