We are looking for an Electrical Assembler II for our LV/MV assembly integration team. This position will be based in Knightdale, NC. You will train at our Wendell NC facility for the first month before moving to the Knightdale location.
Responsibilities- Perform sub-assembly wiring and final assembly wiring with high accuracy and workmanship, including proper stripping and crimping techniques.
- Work with large power cables, ensure correct crimping methods, and assemble components on panels per layouts or drawings.
- Record job transactions, read BOMs, follow layouts and assembly drawings.
- Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
- Adhere to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
- 1+ year of experience in electrical product assembly or related assembly.
- 2+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring.
- 2+ years of experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic and battery-operated tools, wiring tools, and reading a tape measure.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in reading and working with schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Knowledge of electrical clearances.
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree or technical training in the area of responsibility.
- Proven record in quality and productivity.

: $22.46
