Customer Service Sales Specialist

Join our small, passionate team at The Pizza Oven Shop. With over 12 years of expertise, we are the UK’s leading specialist in pizza ovens and high‑end outdoor cooking. We aren’t just selling products; we’re selling a lifestyle. We are looking for a proactive Advisor who is as comfortable closing a sale in our Knaresborough showroom as they are firing up a pizza oven at a busy county show.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, one day you’ll be managing high‑level enquiries, and the next you’ll be out in the field demonstrating our kit to food enthusiasts.

• Order Management:
  Manage the "behind‑the‑scenes" logistics, including picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Customer Sales:
  Provide a warm, expert welcome to customers in our showroom, over the phone, and via email. Listen to customer needs to recommend the perfect setup from our specialist range.
• Live Demonstrations:
  Represent our brand at county shows and open days, showcasing the range and product features.
• Relationship Building:
  Maintain high levels of customer loyalty through exceptional after‑sales support.

• A sociable person who is confident talking to new people and can articulate the benefits of a premium product.
• Someone who has proven experience in a customer‑facing or retail sales environment.
• A Passion for Food:
  You don’t need to be a chef, but an interest in outdoor cooking is preferable.
• Flexibility: A willingness to work weekends and holidays during our peak event season.
• Hands‑on Attitude:
  You’re happy to muck in with the team, whether that’s packing boxes or setting up an event stand.
• Computer and literacy skills are essential.
