About the Role
As the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and insurance companies, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and managing the efficient booking and repair of customer vehicles
• Coordinating work within the Bodyshop and ensuring progress meets company and customer expectations
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers, insurers, and internal teams
• Managing data accurately and distributing documents across departments

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
