We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Partner Manager with a strong understanding of channel sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling our partner network to effectively sell and deliver our innovative IAM and PKI solutions. You will act as the main driver of both partner and client relationships, taking ownership of building sales pipelines, managing day-to-day collaboration, identifying growth opportunities, and rolling up your sleeves to execute partnership initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving funded startup environment.

Your key responsibilities:
- Understand Customer and Partner Needs: Engage with prospective customers and partners to thoroughly understand their business challenges, security requirements, and existing IAM and PKI infrastructure.
- Own and Drive Sales Pipeline: Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities across key markets. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and onboard high-potential partners that align with the company’s goals. Nurture strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint business development initiatives. - Drive Partner Enablement & Support: Provide training, resources, and hands-on support to ensure partners are equipped to sell and represent the company effectively. Act as the first line of support for partners, helping resolve challenges quickly. Help partners use marketing materials effectively and support marketing campaigns to involve them, e.g. co-branded events.
- Provide Support with Brand Identity and Objectives: We want to move being on the same page. Being consistent and faithful to brand messaging and identity over the tools and materials used in front of partners.
- Work in
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with product, marketing, operations, and leadership to align partnership and sales efforts with company priorities. Communicate partner and customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement. - Sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity: Ensuring that sales targets and marketing campaigns support each other. Giving customers and partners feedback on marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Support Marketing-related specific joint projects: Event collaboration (sales preparation, follow-up and lead management, participation to events – either planned by us or by partners – and scheduled trade shows are expected). Work with marketing to develop effective sales tools and collaborate on campaigns to generate leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Capture activity in CRM: Familiarity with Salesforce for recording and sharing sales progress. Developing sales workflow to progressing leads to becoming valued partners.
Qualifications and
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of Sales experience in IT security in general, IAM and/or PKI being a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in German and/or French (spoken and written); able to communicate effectively across diverse markets.
- Proven experience in partner management and B2B sales, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Experience with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience with partner portals and enablement platforms.
- Understanding of joint marketing and sales activities with partners.
