- Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G‑JM)
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts
- Request and execute engine modifications
- Control of executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies
- Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Continuously improve processes to be executed with the aim of improving quality and safety
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating equipment (resources)
- Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition
- Timely execution and independent self‑control of performed orders
- Documenting activities assigned in accordance with regulations
- Perform internal audits (e.g. 5S audits) and in‑time implementation of the defined actions
- Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely and in a responsible manner
- Open‑minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills
- High safety, quality and cost awareness
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP experience
- Knowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus
