Store Support role at The Home Depot – Position

Purpose:

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with little/some supervision, and must be detail-oriented with proven time management skills. They should demonstrate integrity at all times and support store-specific business objectives while handling key operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support order fulfillment and customer service activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in the store or on the lot and provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction and respond to product order status questions.
• Work with other associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate integrity, time management, and adherence to store objectives and program compliance.
• Positions may include:
  Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and handle operational concerns.
• High level of integrity; capable of working with little/some supervision.
