Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses during imaging procedures.
Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and practices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Radiologic Technologist with a valid state license.
Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and procedures.
Experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development.
Proven ability to maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment effectively.
Ability to document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Experience in customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Ability to monitor patient responses and adjust procedures accordingly.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of current advancements in radiologic technology and practices.
