$18.92 - $23.65 DOE (Plus $2/hr shift differential for NOC Shift)

:
Monitor and ensure safety of youth during all hours; provide calm, structured environment that supports restful sleep and emotional stability. - Therapeutic Interventions
:
Engage with youth as needed, offering therapeutic support and guidance in areas such as stress management and self‑regulation, particularly for those experiencing day/nighttime anxiety or behavioral issues. - Crisis Intervention
:
Be prepared to respond to any crisis situations that may arise during shift, employing de‑escalation techniques and following non‑violent physical intervention protocols when necessary. - Daily Living Assistance
:
Assist with routine tasks including meal preparation for next shift, light housekeeping, and preparation for next day’s activities. - Accurate Documentation
:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of youth behaviors, interventions, and any incidents that occur overnight to ensure seamless communication with daytime team. - Medication Administration
:
Administer medications as needed during shift and ensure all medication logs are maintained accurately.
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for youth throughout the night.
- Effectively responding to and de‑escalating crisis situations with calm, professional intervention.
- Keeping clinical records updated and ensuring proper communication with oncoming shift team.
- Supporting youth in routines, contributing to their overall development and well‑being.
Must meet State of Oregon (OARs) requirements and hold MHACBO certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field; or
- Combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training, or experience.
- Valid Oregon driver’s license with insurable driving record; personal automobile insurance required if using personal vehicle for agency business.
- QMHA certification must be maintained for duration of employment.
