• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
