About the Job:
Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. This is a tough but rewarding leadership role that requires judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask. You will oversee a shift and help drive a positive, productive work environment for the team.
- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a professional image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, support transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness, assist with marketing and drive profitability.
- Natural leadership with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Judgment, math proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
