Job Title:

Sales Associate

• Achieves individual sales goals.
• Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Delivers exemplary customer service and creates the ultimate kate spade Experience.
• Develops personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
• Initiate business-driving events in store.
