Stantec has an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer (FE) with large‑scale marine and civil works design and construction inspection expertise to provide designer‑of‑record support. The FE role will work alongside the geotechnical engineering team to provide quality assurance oversight of all aspects of shaft construction and acceptance. There are also 40,000 cubic yards of precast concrete and 50,000 cubic yards of cast in place concrete. The FE will be required to oversee and document construction of permanent structures including rebar inspections and concrete quality assurance, including filing daily field reports (DFRs) each day with the client.

Close coordination of construction interfaces with concurrent construction activities at the Shipyard is essential.
