Led by the Supervisor, Dispatch, this opportunity will suit someone who is an experienced truck driver with a track record of delivering on time, safely, and with a customer-oriented mindset.

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:

Carry out deliveries throughout Ontario and Quebec.

Build relationships with our independent Dealers as an ambassador for Home Hardware Stores Limited.

Load Dealer returns for transport to the Distribution Centre.

Comply with all government regulations pertaining to the Highway Traffic Act, Labour Canada, National Safety Code, and all regulations described in the professional Driver’s Manual.

Operate vehicles in a safe and professional manner, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and inspecting the vehicle and trailer to ensure safe operating conditions.

Complete and deliver all necessary paperwork to the Dispatch and Receiving Office, using on-board technology as required.

We’re looking for:

Class A driver’s license with Z Endorsement with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR.

High school diploma.

Minimum 3 years of similar experience preferred with a good safety record. B-Train Experience would be considered an asset.

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
