This role combines field-based operational support with administrative oversight. The successful candidate will coordinate vendor services while also providing hands‑on cart inspection, repair support, delivery, and RFID tracking to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure carts meet regulatory and performance standards.
- Investigate service inquiries and assess eligibility for cart repair or replacement.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining damage assessments and corrective actions.
- Coordinate cart repairs and replacements, including third‑party vendor services as required.
- Provide field support including cart inspections, minor repairs, deliveries, and replacements.
- Oversee cart inventory management, storage, and logistics.
- Utilize RFID scanning systems to track service requests, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Monitor cart durability and track replacement rates to identify trends.
- Administer warranty claims and liaise with suppliers or manufacturers as needed.
- Communicate professionally with residents via phone, email, and in person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with RFID tracking systems considered an asset.
- Knowledge of waste management operations or municipal services preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving carts as required.
- Post‑secondary education in environmental services, logistics, operations, or a related field is an asset. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary - $50,000 - $60,000
