Senior Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Responsibilities

Design and develop microservices architecture for cloud-based applications.

Implement RESTful APIs and ensure secure, scalable integrations.

Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP using cloud-native services.

Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Collaborate with architects and Dev Ops teams to implement CICD pipelines.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure compliance with security best practices and cloud standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

Essential Skills

Experience 8 years in backend development, with at least 2 years in microservices architecture.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js (or similar frameworks).

Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, Pub Sub).

Expertise in RESTful API design and integration patterns.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

Knowledge of CICD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar).

Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, Pub Sub).

Exposure to serverless computing and cloud-native frameworks.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Cloud Watch).

Strong grasp of SQL (Postgre
