Job Description
We are looking for a Delphi Developer responsible for developing and maintaining our desktop software for our environmental solutions. As a member of the Lakes team, you will be helping contribute to the architecture of the application and evolving it to ensure maximum performance and stability.

Experience:
– Minimum: 4 years or a master’s degree in Computer Science

Required:
Software Development – 4 years
Requirements:
– Completion of a university degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
– Solid working knowledge of programming languages:
Delphi, Database, ADO, Delphi-XE6.
– Good understanding of Object Oriented Design and Analysis.
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a team environment and perform under time constraints.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Willingness and ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
