This will be a unique opportunity to have an impact not just within your product space, but also across teams within Carta.

  • Conduct timely and thoughtful peer code review
  • Leverage logging and monitoring of platforms to improve observability
  • Instrument system performance and business metrics
  • The Team You'll Work With

You will become a part of our team, a diverse group of learners, builders, experts, and leaders dedicated to transforming asset valuation. Our mission is clear: to value every asset accurately and in real-time. We are at the heart of developing solutions for fast and accurate valuations across a broad spectrum (409A, ASC 820, Warrants, Gifts, etc). We cater to a variety of needs, from facilitating exit events and issuing option grants to providing audit-defensible financial statements.

We support each business unit within Carta. Projects we work on range from new customer user experiences, data platforms and 3rd party integrations. We also build tools for financial analysts to deliver valuations at scale using Carta’s data sets and machine learning platforms.

If you're excited about crafting a platform versatile enough to tackle the most complex challenges head-on, we're looking for you. Join our team and see how your work directly impacts how the world values assets.
