We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (RN – Extended Class) to join a well-established Long-Term Care home in the Kitchener area

In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to residents, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes and quality of life.
