We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill a key position that is pivotal in bringing our core values of positivity, accountability, community, and caring to life. In this capacity, the Team Member Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role of the day-to-day administrative functions and processes at a Long Term Community.

The role is responsible for creating and enriching experience for the Team Members and foster an environment where every individual feels supported and valued.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Provide guidance and assistance with employee relations including, performance management and investigations

· Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

· Support in resolving employee relations/investigations by participating in and recording as required

· Support in the creation and execution of the Employee Engagement plans, townhalls, and deployment of other HR programs

· Support service recognition ceremonies and activities

· Participate in the Health & Safety committee

· Coordinate Third Parties on WSIB/WSBC Claims management, and Early & Safe Return to Work Programs and non-occupational leave of absences

· Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the Collective Agreement

· Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure Collective Agreements are followed, manage and track grievances, schedule grievance meetings and Joint Labour/Management

· Assist in grievances, disciplines, arbitration matters

Who You Are:

· You have a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience is required

· Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent is required

· CHRP designation is an asset

· Experience working in a Health Care setting is an asset

· Experience working with an HRIS is an asset

· Effective verbal and written communication skills (English)

· You are a Strong Emotional Intelligence with a customer service mindset

· You have strong organizational and analytical skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment is required
