Founded in 2011 to support Oil and Gas, we have since expanded into a broad range of industrial environments including cement production, steel manufacturing, and other heavy industrial facilities that require precise and reliable Heat Management Systems.

Role focuses on applying, removing, and repairing thermal and acoustical insulation on industrial equipment such as duct piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels.

• Apply, remove, and repair thermal and acoustical insulation (e.g., calcium silicate, glass foam, mineral wool, Styrofoam, fiberglass, armflex) on all types of industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements.
• Select the amount and type of insulation and the method of securing it (e.g., pin welding, wiring, banding, taping) based on surface type, temperature, location, and intended use.
• Measure and cut insulating material and coverings to required shape and dimension, fitting around obstructions or irregular shapes.
• Participate in toolbox talks and field‑level hazard assessments (FLHAs).

• CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, and First Aid certifications required.
• Asbestos experience or certification is considered an asset.

46.50/hour + vacation pay
