  • Support the creation of AI-driven automation tools (prompt pipelines, lightweight apps, internal utilities)
  • Document AI tools, prompts, and usage guidelines to support adoption and scalability
  • Research new AI tools, platforms, and capabilities relevant to Professional Services (LLMs, Agents, automation, productivity tools)
  • Assess tools for value, risk, scalability, and alignment with internal governance standards
  • Contribute to internal best practices for responsible and effective AI use
  • Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong interest in applied AI and automation (especially generative AI)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or similar LLM platforms
  • Ability to design effective prompts and iterate based on outputs and feedback
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, low-code/no-code tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written communication skills for documentation and enablement materials
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and manage a backlog of work
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
