The Client Connect (CC) team is a collection of Pods within the Client Experience Office (CXO) responsible for helping our clients achieves lifetime financial security and well-being by proactively providing personalized, useful and actionable information. The team has become a leading digital client engagement platform that is fueling the velocity of the Sun Life Canadian business units.
What will you do?
Support marketing campaign design and manage approvals through analyzing and developing business, IT, and data requirements, and delivery in channels such as email, web, mobile, call centre etc.Discover and analyze the business, data and IT capability needs to support new marketing campaignsTranslate business and marketing communication needs (messaging, call to action, eligibilities) into requirementsLiaise and coordinate with other business groups including data and analytics; project management; operations, and IT to move requirements towards executionProvide process support to the marketing agile teamExecute the testing and validation of marketing campaignsProvide escalation support to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement effective resolutionsWhat do you need to succeed?
