We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at SE Health
.

Position Summary

SE Health Speech Language Pathologists provide person-centered care, building rapport and trust with clients while promoting progress in their homes. You will apply a client-centered approach to meet clients’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Sign-on Bonus

Up to $5,000.00.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments.
  • Formulate goals and recommendations.
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs.
  • May include participation in our Aphasia program.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional who works effectively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive work and attendance record essential.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  • Hybrid work approach: ability to work remotely and with clients in their acute/rehab or community-based settings.

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring pay range: $66.00–$76.00 PPV, based on experience.
