Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Ideal Supply Inc. is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations, along with proven expertise in managing internal controls, optimizing cash flow, and driving process improvements. In addition, the Controller will provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making around acquisitions, capital investments, and business expansion.

• Lead and oversee the company’s financial operations.
• Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow and conduct cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of accounting/finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in the distribution or manufacturing industry preferred.

• Strong technical skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to manage a finance team.
• Ability to communicate financial performance to non-financial stakeholders.
• Drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

• Experience in the distribution or manufacturing industry.
