- Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms
- Utilize quantity take-off procedures
- Advise on tendering procedures
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- First Aid Certificate
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate Computer and technology knowledge
- Estimating packages
- Spreadsheet

- MS Project

- MS Word Type of experience
- Civil
- Commercial and/or industrial construction
- Industrial construction
- Structural engineering
- Contractors Project size estimating experience
- $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 Area of work experience
