Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and support engineering team
Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
Communicate the engineering team goals with the engineering staff members
Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Manage incoming requests for proposals, drawings, and project coordination activities
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop competitive, customer-focused solutions
Support the preparation of proposals and technical documentation
Oversee and guide the team to ensure that deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Provide technical oversight
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study
5+ years of management experience
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services an asset
5+ years of experience in system design, project coordination, or engineering management.
Familiarity with AutoCAD for review
Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams
Strong organizational and project management skills.
