The Role

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Salary Range: $47,

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and address in-bound phone calls, emails and voicemails
  • Effectively resolve Extended Health and Dental claim inquiries and determine appropriate action
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Must work well in fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional manner
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a phone based customer service role is required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task
  • Effective team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required e.g. Word, Outlook
