What will you do?
Client Support & Business Development
Deliver exceptional experience to clients at the Financial CentreManage incoming and outgoing calls and coordinate meetings and appointmentsAct as the primary point of contact for FC management and staff, supporting daily operations and administrative tasksFinancial Documentation & Analysis
Prepare and maintain client files and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibilityCreate insightful production reports and portfolio analyses that empower stakeholdersMarketing & Recruitment
Contribute to impactful marketing campaigns and create professional materialsDesign social media campaigns to source and engage potential advisorsGeneral Office Support
Execute accurate and timely processing of mail and paymentsProvide technical support and escalate issues as neededIdentify opportunities to improve processes and optimize team performanceWhat do you need to succeed?

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary programPrevious customer service, retail, or administrative experience is an assetGenuine interest in financial services and helping clientsWhat’s in it for you?
