:Are you enthusiastic about driving performance incentives? Join us as an Incentive Compensation Associate
, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of incentives to our key business partners. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of the Distribution Compensation Services (DCS) team, who is responsible for the Sales Incentive Performance (SIP) compensation for the SLFD leadership group. What will you do?
Provide accurate and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly performance incentive measures, including calculating and reporting of sales incentive compensation plans through Excel and Varicent (Sales Performance Management tool)
Perform ongoing data integrity inspections and external reconciliations to confirm the validity and credibility of data within Varicent
Respond in a timely manner to support inquiries that arrive through the Incentive Compensation Inbox and Varicent
Elicit approvals from senior management for sales incentive compensation results
Manage, prioritize, and negotiate timelines for various ad-hoc requests as required, including requests for data, change requests and reporting of compensation results
What do you need to succeed?
Strong experience using Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, and XLOOKUP) is required
Conflict resolution and a commitment to high-quality client service
Analytical mindset and investigative abilities to help identify formula gaps or variances
Energetic, enthusiastic and can interact professionally with people at all levels across the company
Strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines
What will be nice to have?
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting, an asset
Experience with a Sales Performance Management tool such as Varicent is an asset
Experience working with large sets of data is an asset
