AboutThe Role
As the Bilingual Client Service Administrator, you will be a part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients who will primarily reside in Quebec and/or require correspondence to be in French.
Salary Range: $50,
What You’ll Be DoingFor the Group Administration Role:
- Assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Members to manage their group benefit plans through both written and verbal communication.
- Accountable for the accurate processing of enrolment information and status updates
- Communicate with Brokers, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to group insurance guidelines when processing updates.
- Maintain turnaround objectives to ensure service standards are met.
- Help clients with the accurate completion of administrative forms.
- Proficient (both written and verbal) in French and English is required.
- 2+ years of experience in group benefits is an asset (call center, claims, group administration)
- 2+ years of experience working directly with Clients focused on delivering exception customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task
- Effective team player with ability to work independently.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
