Join the Fitness Revolution at Torch Fitness by Valet Living! Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for fitness professionals to teach at a luxury apartment community in and around Kissimmee, FL 34741. This role is part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community. We are seeking individuals comfortable interacting with residents and teaching a variety of group fitness classes, with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.

  3021 Savosa Ave., Kissimmee, FL 34741
• Compensation: $35–$40 per class
• Frequency: 1x per week (Saturday mornings)
• Class length and size: 45 minutes with 2–6 students

Travel to and from the community is required, in addition to attendance tracking using our software system.

• Liability insurance (required)
• Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs and classes
• Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred)

• Clock in / clock out and sign off training sessions using our software
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises in classes
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
• Model a healthy lifestyle consistent with the example you want clients to follow
• Modify exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
• Be a fitness leader in the community
• Build your book and brand yourself for success
