We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement games throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. This hands‑on role is ideal for a technically savvy individual who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of arcade games and amusement equipment, including video games, redemption machines, and interactive attractions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and software updates to ensure optimal operation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts usage.
• Collaborate with resort staff and JFH management to coordinate repair schedules and ensure minimal disruption to guest experiences.
• Manage on‑site inventory and request parts or supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Walt Disney World operational standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent JFH Technologies with professionalism on Disney property.

• Proven experience in arcade or electronic equipment repair, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools and software.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass Disney and JFH background checks and adhere to all on‑site security protocols.

• Experience working in a theme park or high‑traffic entertainment venue.
• Knowledge of ticket redemption systems and modern arcade networks.
• Technical certifications in electronics or IT systems.

Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
