Key Responsibilities- Rapidly respond to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services.
- Generate sales leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred.
- Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
- Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (thorough training provided).
- Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns.
- Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate optimal outcomes for homeowners.
- Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
- A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
- Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
- Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
- Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
- At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays are required).
