Bilingual Field Store Associate (Spanish) – Part Time

Base pay launching: $20.00/hr – $20.00/hr

The Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores. This position engages customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generates customer leads, implements effective sales and marketing programs, provides exceptional customer service, and manages merchandising.

Part‑time Field Store Associates also ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up‑to‑date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards. The role involves contact with customers (including minors), accessing payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. The interview process involves a digital interview and an in‑store interview.

Location: Lowe’s Store #1652, 1300 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Schedule is based on business needs and may change.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro customer color files and tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain adequate store appearance, color wall, back stock, and inventory practices.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective customer recommendations.
• Facilitate in‑person customer connectivity between paint & Pro desks.
• Provide in‑store Pro Desk paint support for real‑time customer needs, Lowe’s Pro Sales, and paint program execution, including in‑store promotional events.
• Promote Sherwin‑Williams + Valspar Auth Ar demonstration across stores.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; assist Sales Representatives in generating sales leaders by interacting customers.
• Train Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and application methods.
• Complete eLearning modules and maintainetable compliance with HR Cloud trainings.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Can retrieve material from shelves, lift & carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, potentially evenings and weekends.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint & paint
  
  Or related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Multilingual communication proficiency.
• Spanish fluency.
