• Provides superior customer service to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Models product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Assists in merchandising to create appealing displays that drive sales.
• Rotates product according to merchandising guidelines to create eye-catching displays.
• Performs daily and weekly cleaning duties to provide a superior shopping experience.
• Maintains store condense and reset standards to ensure a clutter-free environment.
• Follows company policies and procedures as outlined in SOPs and employee handbook.
• Operates cash register, processes transactions, and assists customers with purchases and self-checkout.
• Assists with opening/closing as directed by store leadership.
• Performs additional duties as necessary in the absence of Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and cash handling procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.

• Frequent walking and standing; occasional bending, stooping and kneeling.
• Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment; ability to lift up to 40 pounds, occasional up to 55 pounds.
• Fast-paced environment with moderate noise level; exposure to scents and fragrances.
• Occasional exposure to outside weather and cleaning solutions.
