Job OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including hiring, developing, and leading store associates to ensure excellent customer experiences and meet business goals. When the Store Manager is absent, you assume primary responsibilities to maintain store performance.
Key Responsibilities- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability to meet business needs
- Cosmetology license desirable but not required
