Required qualifications, skills and experienceHigh School Diploma or GED
Ability to take oral and written instructions and follow through efficiently and to work well with others.
Some experience and knowledge of quantity food preparation and use of equipment used in quantity food preparation.
Must be willing and able to:- Lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance
- Withstand a wide range of temperatures (hot, non-air‑conditioned environment and freezer)
- Stand for longs periods of time
- Use cleaning chemicals
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment
