• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to take oral and written instructions and follow through efficiently and to work well with others.
• Some experience and knowledge of quantity food preparation and use of equipment used in quantity food preparation.
• Must be willing and able to:
  Lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance;
  Withstand a wide range of temperatures (hot, non-air-conditioned environment and freezer);
  Stand for long periods of time;
  Use cleaning chemicals;
  Operate commercial kitchen equipment.
