Restaurant Manager – Twin Peaks Restaurants
Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a Twin Peaks restaurant, ensuring a profitable, safe and welcoming environment for guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, hospitality and food & beverage quality.
General Purpose of the JobThis manager directs the work of store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment that provides best‑in‑class service and hospitality to every guest. The manager must also manage costs, launch local store marketing, recruit and retain staff, and ensure compliance with all employment and incident documentation policies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and periodic quality assurance checks.
- Serve alcohol responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Drive sales by executing operational excellence, local marketing, and recruitment initiatives.
- Hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash responsibly, including drawer assignment, employee checkouts and bank deposits.
- Treat alleged discrimination or harassment issues in accordance with policy.
- Create a workplace free from intimidation, discrimination and poor performance.
- Coach, counsel, teach and motivate all team members, including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
- Recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls who meet the established audition guidelines.
- Follow Steps of Service, motivating staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service at every table.
- Enforce Image & Costume guidelines and correct any deviations.
- Maintain organized training schedules, programs and materials for new hires.
- Execute training and development programs, including personal development plans.
- Manage performance‑based scheduling consistently.
- Practice sound inventory control.
- Dress and act professionally to set a positive example for all employees.
Must have leadership experience in high‑volume restaurants and/or bars.
Language SkillsProficient in English;
Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.
Ability to apply common sense and understand simple instructions; solve standardized situations with minimal variables; accurately compute proper change and settle checks.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsComplete the Twin Peaks manager training program and any required food or alcohol service certifications before supervising a shift. Attend and complete all additional training as required by local and state regulations.
Physical DemandsStand up to 10 hours per shift; walk, use hands and arms to handle, reach and carry objects; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Must have good close, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentExposure to kitchen fumes, wet conditions, cleaning chemicals, high noise levels and, at times, cigarette or cigar smoke. Standard accommodations for disabilities are available.
