Sunrise Plaza location: 3212 N Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL.

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand‑stretch pizzas, use only all‑natural ingredients, and bake in our 600‑degree brick ovens.

• Must be 16 years or older to hand‑stretch pizzas
• Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
• Stretch, top, and cook pizza using the specific Flippers methods
• Make and manage fresh dough – made on site and cold‑fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Receive calls for delivery or take‑out orders
• Clean as you go
