Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a team-oriented, high-energy kitchen, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.

Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, fry, etc.) during peak service times.

Maintain proper portion control and minimize food waste.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with the setup, breakdown, and organization of the kitchen before and after service.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs for restocking.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and employee conduct.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary training is a plus).

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs.
