Job Summary

Advent Health is hiring an RN to work in a 9am‑10pm schedule, three days a week with rotating on‑call nights, weekends, and holidays. The role includes comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with medical staff.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

• Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s of Nursing (Preferred)
• 1+ year acute care hospital setting (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS) (Required)

Salary range: $31.53 – $52.24 per hour. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $1,500 available for eligible candidates. Sign‑on eligibility requires applicable experience; internal candidates and rehires within 12 months are not eligible. Relocation eligibility requires living 50 miles outside the campus address.

Full‑time 9am–10pm, 3 days a week with rotating call on nights, weekends, and holidays.
