Job DescriptionAudit documentation quality to support accurate statistics and reimbursement for all regional acute care facilities. Maintain team members’ personal records and work with employee relations on performance issues. Assist with regional budgets, operate within budgetary targets, and provide training for front‑line staff. Chair facility‑based improvement meetings, deliver presentations for physician education, monitor computer applications, and perform quarterly testing updates. Develop and monitor implementation of market departmental goals/objectives and oversee the performance improvement process for all acute care facilities.
Generate and analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for continuous growth and improvement. Implement site facility work plans.
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Master’s or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Physician Assistant (PA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
