This role is a high‑acuity, critical‑thinking position that allows an RN to work autonomously with strong team support. It provides broad exposure to many patient conditions, meaningful patient impact, and leadership/mentorship for staff.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather data on patients' physical, emotional, and social health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with specific goals and interventions based on assessment data.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting progress.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self‑care strategies to empower them in managing their health.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Accredited certification in Acute/Critical Care, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiac Surgery (CSC), Cardiac Medicine (CMC), Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or equivalent.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN) or Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of employment.
