Registered Nurse OB PRN
Join HCA Florida Osceola Hospital as a Registered Nurse OB PRN. This is a PRN position in our obstetrics department providing care to patients in the OB setting.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role, you will make clinical assessments, manage treatment autonomously, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective patient care.
Responsibilities- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
- Monitor critical vital signs to enable intervention of life‑threatening situations.
- Educate patients and families regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- BLS‑AHA provider issued card required within 30 days of start.
- 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
- BSN preferred.
