RN Nursing Staffing Float Pool – Nights (Celebration)

Position Summary:

RN Staffing float pool – nights (Celebration, FL). Full‑time, nights 7 p‑m – 7 a‑m, weekend rotation required.

Location:

400 Celebration Pl, Celebration, FL 34747.

Schedule and Shift: Full time, nights 7 p‑m – 7 a‑m, weekend rotation required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments – physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s of Nursing (required);
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience.
• Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) – EV accredited (preferred).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR Cert (required).
• Other certifications preferred (CET, CLC, CCMC, ECFM, ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, OCN, PALS, etc.).

Compensation: $32.76 – $57.47 per hour.
