We are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Manager to join our Orlando‑based Operations team.

The Business Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of business‑critical projects that support organizational goals. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while driving cross‑functional collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets using structured methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and implement improvements for future initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Nights and weekends required based on business needs.
